About the Role

NinjaOne is growing, and we're looking for a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to help impact our pipeline goals. In this role, you will partner with sales, sales development, and the cross-functional marketing team to create impactful programs that fuel pipeline, elevate thought leadership, and increase brand awareness. You’ll also play a key role in activating our partner marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with corporate strategy and sales objectives targeting internal IT and using our ICP & buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with direct and channel sales teams to align on plans which will incorporate direct, face-to-face, virtual, and partner marketing activations, including regional roadshow series, sponsorships, and industry initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of programs including pre, during, & post activities, promotions, lead flow, and follow-up with SDR team, including Salesloft cadences, email follow-up, and regular updates on program effectiveness.
  • Strategically drive programs with top partners (resellers & tech alliances) to build and execute joint marketing plans that showcase shared value.
  • Coordinate and communicate with agencies, vendors, and technology partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution of marketing programs.
  • Manage programs on-budget with timely and accurate reconciliation with finance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to elevate regional marketing efforts.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for regional events, coordination, and assessment.
  • Identify opportunities to engage existing customers and NinjaOne thought leaders through speaking engagements at events.
  • Participate in all phases of marketing programs from research and design to coordination, communication, and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS/software marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role focusing on growth, demand generation, customer marketing, or executive programs.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and ability to build scalable models for enterprise and mid-market/SMB segments within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced environments with measurable outcomes.
  • Focus on growth, pipeline optimization, revenue generation, ROI, and data-driven decisions.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Salesforce & Tableau; Pardot, Salesloft, & Asana is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with initiative and proactive communication.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and an action-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Pardot, Salesloft, and Asana.
