About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees sales operations within a specific geographic area, managing a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
• Develops sales strategies, analyzes market trends, and builds client relationships.
• Ensures the sales team's alignment with company goals.
• Hires, trains, and mentors sales staff to optimize performance.
• Nurtures client relationships within the region.
• Leads recruitment efforts for branch managers and loan officers.
• Develops and implements regional sales strategies in alignment with business objectives.
• Enforces the company's rules and regulations regarding mortgage guidelines.
• Devises sales targets for the region.
• Keeps current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand, and competitors to maintain sales.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage sales management positions.
• Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities.
• Works well under pressure.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as prolonged sitting, occasional movement, lifting up to 10 pounds, and other physical activities as described.

Qualifications

• Management experience in sales, specifically mortgage sales management.
