About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead AEP consulting strategy and delivery.
• Serve as senior advisor for major AEP implementations.
• Mentor and grow AEP architects and consultants.
• Drive business development and partner with Adobe teams.
• Establish best practices and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in business or tech field.
• 10+ years in digital marketing/tech consulting; 4+ years with Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Proven success with enterprise AEP implementations.
• Expertise in Real-Time CDP, Journey Analytics, and Journey Optimizer.
• Experience leading technical teams.

Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Advanced martech certifications.
• P&L ownership over $5M.
• Industry thought leadership.
• Experience launching new services.
• Strong C-suite and partner network.
• Offshore/nearshore team management.
