About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an editorial calendar and ensure timely posting of content from influencers on relevant topics.
• Use tools such as LLMs, PUBLR, TweetHunter, and Opus Pro to automate social media marketing efforts.
• Improve SEO on the company's websites.
• Engage in PR activities, including getting work featured via Op-Eds in newspapers and other media channels.
• Conduct online research to find scientific papers, conferences, or trends.
• Write and edit professional and marketing copy.
• Schedule and maintain social media posts following brand guidelines.
• Post to social platforms using tools and following brand-specific guidelines.
• Develop website content and optimize SEO on sites built with WIX.
• Contribute to projects involving Large Language Models and AI.
• Participate in weekly Zoom meetings with the team.

Requirements

• Extremely reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently.
• Experience posting to social media platforms while following brand-specific guidelines.
• Quick learner who adapts to new tools and solves problems as they arise.

Nice to Have

• Entrepreneurial experience or mindset.
• Marketing, editorial, and branding experience.
• Experience with social media marketing tools like Publer, OPUS Pro, Tweet Hunter, or similar.
• Advanced MS Office or Google Workspace skills, such as spreadsheets and presentations.
• Experience developing website content, ideally on the Wix platform.
• Familiarity with SEO concepts and practices.
• Experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude).
