About the Role

The Retail - Client Partner role is based in the San Francisco/Bay area and involves managing client relationships within the retail sector. Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in Customer Service Management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Business Relationship Management in Retail.
  • Have a strong background in Commercial Project Management.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
  • Multi-channel experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

  • Proven track record of managing and retaining client relationships.
