About the Role

IDR is seeking a Revenue Operations & Analytics Specialist to join one of our clients remotely. This role involves supporting revenue operations and analytics initiatives within a small, collaborative team. The position requires implementing and optimizing CRMs, web tracking, and automation to provide clean, actionable data and scalable systems for decision-making. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, solutions-oriented, and experienced in marketing analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, JavaScript, and Google Tag Manager (GTM). This is a client-facing role that involves communicating with senior leaders, including the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a small, collaborative team supporting revenue operations and analytics initiatives.
  • Implement and optimize CRMs, web tracking, and automation to provide clean, actionable data.
  • Support scalable systems for decision-making.
  • Communicate technical insights effectively to senior leaders, including the C-suite.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in agency-side Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Analytics supporting multiple external clients simultaneously.
  • 2+ years' Salesforce CRM administration (HubSpot experience also valuable, but Salesforce emphasis preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with data analytics, including leveraging market research data for market sizing, industry benchmarks, KPI setting, and revenue forecasting.
  • 2+ years' experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM): auditing, implementing, and optimizing tags, plus data layer enhancements.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and/or HTML for custom tracking, data layer builds, and advanced tag management.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with JavaScript and HTML for custom tracking and data layer builds.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple external clients in marketing, sales, or revenue analytics.
  • CRM administration experience, particularly with Salesforce.
