Curotec is on a mission to scale 10x over the next 5 years. As the RevOps and Marketing lead, you'll take full ownership of our top-of-funnel revenue generation strategy. This is an execution-heavy, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for orchestrating the interplay between marketing and sales, standing up campaigns, managing KPIs, and ensuring quality leads are generated at scale. You will report directly to the CEO and be given autonomy to drive results, build systems and processes for scaling, and act as a growth hacker focused on generating quality MQLs and organizing sales efforts.
