Job Description

About the Role

Curotec is on a mission to scale 10x over the next 5 years. As the RevOps and Marketing lead, you'll take full ownership of our top-of-funnel revenue generation strategy. This is an execution-heavy, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for orchestrating the interplay between marketing and sales, standing up campaigns, managing KPIs, and ensuring quality leads are generated at scale. You will report directly to the CEO and be given autonomy to drive results, build systems and processes for scaling, and act as a growth hacker focused on generating quality MQLs and organizing sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution for new outbound and inbound initiatives that fuel pipeline growth.
  • Launch, test, and optimize multichannel campaigns across email, social, search, and paid media.
  • Manage website content, performance, conversion rate optimization, and build-out strategy.
  • Oversee SEO and PPC vendor teams to ensure aligned execution and measurable ROI.
  • Assign prospect lists and campaign workflows for sales reps.
  • Maintain and evolve the sales tech stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Orum, Dripify, Apollo, etc.).
  • Design, deploy, and optimize outbound playbooks in coordination with sales leadership.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as MQL, SQL, CAC, conversion funnel, and channel ROI.
  • Present KPIs and insights to the leadership team weekly and monthly.
  • Move quickly, get hands dirty, and produce measurable outcomes.
  • Manage outbound and inbound programs personally, executing the playbook on the field.
  • Use data and analytics to learn and iterate quickly, maintaining a data-driven growth mindset.
  • Speak the language of digital services, SaaS, or IT consulting industries.
  • Build programs, teams, or systems from scratch in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
  • Quickly learn new technologies, market signals, and buyer personas.

Requirements

  • Experience in or around digital services, SaaS, or IT consulting.
  • Ability to speak the language of our buyers and industry.
  • Proven experience building programs, teams, or systems in high-growth environments.
  • Strong data and analytics skills for decision-making and KPI tracking.
  • Hands-on experience managing outbound and inbound marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email, social, search, and paid media.
  • Ability to operate independently and execute campaigns personally.
  • Growth hacker mentality with a bias toward execution and results.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with our ICPs: venture-backed SaaS, enterprise IT organizations, consulting firms, tech-enabled companies.
  • Experience working in or marketing for B2B services organizations, especially those selling staff augmentation, IT project delivery, or software development services.
  • Prior experience as a solo marketer or GTM lead at a scaling B2B tech or services company.
