Pemberley Realty is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join as a Runner/Marketing Assistant in San Diego. The role involves supporting marketing efforts, event coordination, and content creation within a team environment. The position offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented real estate setting.

Key Responsibilities

Hosting open houses on weekdays and weekends
Creating flyers, brochures, and paper advertising materials
Managing social media content for Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Editing property videos and videos related to Real Estate for YouTube and Reels
Creating monthly EDDM mailouts (Flyers) and database mailouts
Creating Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) for listing presentations
Writing property descriptions
Event planning, coordination, and hosting
Scheduling photo/video shoots at properties
Generating content ideas for weekly videos
Gifting clients and curating “pop-bye” gifts for monthly visits
Managing email marketing campaigns

Requirements

Proficiency with computers
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Creative marketing skills
Punctuality, responsibility, and coachability
Willingness to work in a deadline-oriented, highly detailed, and fast-paced environment
Social media savvy
Flexibility to work weekends
