As a Senior Product Manager on the Rx Network team, you will play a key role in leading the portfolio strategy, assessing industry trends, customer needs, creating strategic roadmaps, prioritizing product backlog, and collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the product meets consumer needs and remains competitive in the healthcare market. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-performing team across business units and vendor landscapes to achieve marketable deliverables in a timely and innovative manner
- Support product(s) by understanding market needs and developing portfolio strategy
- Create and maintain strategic roadmaps and prioritize product backlog
- Lead updates to stakeholders on development roadmaps, backlog status, and business priorities
- Align with product operations, support, market, and growth teams on product strategy and work closely with Product Managers, Technical Product Managers, Directors, GMs, and Account Management teams
- Lead engagements with external customers for feedback and business reviews, and coordinate GTM strategy with Marketing, Sales, and Change Management teams
- Organize and lead projects through the Accelerate process, ensuring technical oversight with R&D leadership
- Oversee adherence to change management procedures
- Identify support teams to draft customer communications
- Manage capital budgets, contract language, and product imaging in collaboration with Directors
- Provide subject matter expertise and develop business requirements
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in retail pharmacy or pharmacy technology systems
- 5+ years of experience with PDLC processes and methodologies
- 4+ years of experience with NCPDP D0 & F6 telecommunication standards
- 4+ years of experience with EHR/clearinghouse/Payer API integration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot)
Nice to Have
- Advanced knowledge of API Integrations for Prior Authorization and ePrescribing
- Product Manager experience
- Knowledge of Payer-Provider Interoperability (FHIR, HL7, etc.)
- Experience in team leadership and executive stakeholder engagement
- Advanced knowledge of pharmacy software applications and pharmacy clearinghouse systems
- Knowledge of Pharmacy system integration with AI systems
