About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving product line performance, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the growth of our marketing programs. This role requires strong communication, follow-through, and sales execution in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and develop strong customer pipelines.
  • Maintain professional rapport with new and existing clients through timely follow-ups, phone calls, and canvassing.
  • Accept accountability for sales decisions, pricing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide direction and support to Marketing Support Representatives (M.S.R.s) as needed.
  • Understand equipment pricing, availability, features, upgrades, and alternatives in your product line.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and communicate updates regarding leasing, sales strategies, or compatible equipment options.
  • Assist in controlling inventory levels and maintaining accurate records aligned with corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable in accordance with company policy.
  • Support accurate tracking of purchase orders, technical support requests, and inventory movements.
  • Collaborate with product line groups and provide assistance on special projects.
  • Participate in training programs for product knowledge and onboarding of new M.S.R.s.
  • Foster a productive and professional team environment.

Requirements

  • Years of experience: 4 years
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and sales execution skills
  • Ability to understand equipment pricing, features, and market trends
  • Basic software skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage vendor relationships
  • Experience in sales/marketing, sales administration, and new business sales

Qualifications
