About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead business development and sales efforts for our road safety products and services. This role is a hybrid of field and depot-based work, focused on building strong relationships with contractors, construction firms, municipalities, and other key stakeholders. You'll play a vital role in supporting safe construction zones and traffic control initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Promote rental and sales of road safety equipment including Barrier Wall Systems, Crash Impact Attenuators, Electronic Sign Boards, Portable Traffic Signals & Auto Flaggers, Crash Trucks, Temporary Condition Signs.
  • Provide consultative selling of services such as traffic control planning, equipment setup, and removal.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery and service execution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, safety, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of road safety equipment and traffic control products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel locally to client sites and project locations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with customer relationship management tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems.
  • Background in branch or operations management within the rental or construction industry.

Benefits & Perks

  • Pay range of $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits (100% Company paid, eligible after 60 days).
  • 401K Plan with Company match (eligible after one year).
  • Paid Time Off: 10 days (80 hours) for the remainder of 2025, 20 days (160 hours) starting January 1, 2026.
  • 6 paid holidays.
