Our Sales Account Managers are responsible for growing our business with new and existing customers by matching customer needs with our broad product portfolio, supported by our digital tools, network of technical experts, specialized market expertise, and global distribution network. This role is based in Greensboro, NC, offering flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers by managing and growing accounts.
  • Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory through sales prospecting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to customers.
  • Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage the sales funnel and territory.
  • Be relentless in winning back lost customers.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience in a similar role within a B2B sales environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-directed, outcome-focused, and able to take initiative and act decisively.
  • Good listener with curiosity and passion for learning about customer needs, solving problems, and winning business.
  • Ability to plan and prepare for effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
