Sales Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Update and review daily and monthly reporting, assist in creating and managing a Sales dashboard, and identify and communicate trends with recommendations.
• Communicate with Field Sales via weekly emails and manage sales-related documents such as price lists, SKU discontinuation letters, new item launch decks, and spec sheet approvals.
• Provide ad-hoc reports as needed to support sales activities.
• Organize and facilitate planning and execution of the National Sales Meeting, including surveys, budget tracking, and coordination with the Event Planning team.
• Track new item samples and inventory at the fulfillment center.
• Manage and organize files on the Sales Current document.
• Assist in managing Retail spins data (e.g., C&S) monthly volume adjustments in S4 (FS managed by customer team).
• Partner with Data Governance to improve and maintain Product Master Data accuracy and work with affected teams during customer realignments and reorganizations.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Procurement to maintain vendor data for Accounts Payable and Blacksmith vendors.
• Assist in managing Broker Commission and Bottle Bill reporting in SAP, including creating reference guides, training, and processing documentation.
• Support the management of the Sales Admin Budget, including reforecasting and posting actual expenses.
• Exercise independence in determining work objectives and solving problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience with Excel and the Microsoft Suite.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales-related setting.
• Experience influencing the design of processes, programs, or projects.
• Ability to set priorities independently with some input from management.
• Ability to solve moderately complex problems within area of expertise.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience in data analysis or sales operations roles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications
