The role of Sales Business Manager supports the sales leader by managing and organizing key sales operations and business initiatives, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare business reviews by collecting and synthesizing data across multiple sources
Manage smaller sales initiatives and campaigns, including tracking, resource alignment, and reporting
Support GTM operations by organizing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into action
Maintain and improve operational processes for accurate and timely reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
Serve as a key contact for sales data and reporting needs
Build scalable processes and templates to reduce manual effort

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in sales operations, business management, or GTM support
3-5 years in sales support, sales analyst, or project management roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office tools
Intermediate project management, multitasking, and organizational skills
Results-driven and proactive mindset
Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation skills
Cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities

Nice to Have

Experience in a tech or matrixed organization
PMP certification or equivalent

Qualifications

Experience in sales support, sales analyst, or project management roles
3-5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
