About the Role

The Sales Development team plays a critical role in the growth of the organization by nurturing leads and setting qualified discovery calls that lead to new business and revenue. Support our team culture by working in the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), requiring you to live within commuting distance of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
  • Research and build new and existing accounts through outbound calling efforts and strategic email and social campaigns
  • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects' business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, try new things, and share findings with the team

Requirements

  • A passion for technology and software sales, with 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred
  • Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external)
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing company environment, reacting to management initiatives and adopting customer perspectives
  • Resourcefulness and results-driven operating style
  • Collaborative and coachable mindset, excited about continuous improvement

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS sales or related fields
  • Knowledge of the industry, partner, and Go-to-Market strategies

  • Skills, experience, and geographic location will influence starting salary
  • Ability to represent Snowflake and its values effectively

  • Participation in Snowflake's commission plan with total on-target earnings of $75,000 - $89,250
  • Estimated base salary of $52,500 - $62,475
