Key Responsibilities

Leading a sales team of Sales Managers and their representatives.
Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet the assigned new revenue quota.
Maintaining direct customer contact as a major part of the role.
Leading, coaching, and training sales managers and sales reps in the sale of Cogent products.

Requirements

Candidates must have a proven track record of success selling Telecom/Technology products.
Experience in finding new business.
Strong team leadership and management experience, specifically managing Sales Managers.
Motivation, drive, and a great work ethic.
Experience welcoming challenges.
Proficiency with PC-based applications such as Word, Excel, and CRM systems is a plus.
Some travel will be required.
A college degree is preferred.
