Sales Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise 8 to 12 employees in a Business to Business Sales environment.
• Manage overall team performance, collaborate with internal departments, and work with the Director of Sales to achieve team goals.
• Work directly with Account Managers to help them attain or exceed individual sales goals by building and managing accounts.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate sales representatives.
• Resolve issues involving employees and customers to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Provide strong leadership to staff by creating a positive work environment.
• Listen to Witness calls and live calls to ensure sales representatives follow policies and procedures and create value with customers.
• Lead the Commercial sales team following defined goals and objectives in collaboration with peers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in managing sales, preferably inside teams.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
