Key Responsibilities

  • Guides and maintains oversight of team tasked to win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned channel partners.
  • Shares responsibility for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives within assigned channel partners based on geography, channel, or market.
  • Represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners, possibly focusing on specific solutions or product sets in a partner vertical market.
  • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Recruits, trains, coaches, and develops sales team members.
  • Develops new business and maximizes growth with existing business partners.
  • Ensures opening & closings are reported in a timely manner.
  • Drives daily sales activities.
  • Coordinates sales agent activities such as meetings and training initiatives.
  • Creates agency campaigns for customer appreciation and revenue generation.
  • Analyzes monthly financial statements.
  • Manages assigned staff, establishes individual goals, and evaluates results.
  • Develops sales reports as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Employment contingent upon obtaining the P&C license within 60 days.
  • Computer proficiency.

Qualifications
