Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales and profit for the assigned geography.
  • Hire, train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
  • Align sales resources to most effectively grow market share and account penetration based on customer persona.
  • Actively engage with sales teams through regular meetings, joint customer calls, and strategic planning for high-value opportunities, with substantial time dedicated to fieldwork alongside sales associates.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved, and monthly sales targets are met.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry-specific trends, local market needs, competition, and service requirements and shift strategy to align with market demands by working with sales team and across all functional areas of the organization.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve market share and geographic growth.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets to leadership team.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and ability to manage financial performance.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in the evenings and on weekends as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships and conduct critical conversations with customers and associates.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
