About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and direct the work of the Customer Experience Specialists.
• Manage, coach and train team members to develop a strong, high-performer, customer-oriented team.
• Ensure team satisfaction and engagement.
• Assist the sales team with the application of sales process and handle customer complaints.
• Knowledge of the physical and online inventory of vehicles.
• Manage and establish store goals.
• Build strong relationships with other managers.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Outstanding Customer Service Skills, ability to handle customer requests to close a sale and escalated complaints.
• College Degree, preferred.
• Valid Driver's License, with a good driving record.
• Needs to be able to operate a variety of vehicles.
• Be able to work flexible, full-time schedule, weekends and holidays.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory/management role.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.

• College Degree.
