Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of 5-7 Account Executives (AEs) to meet and exceed sales quotas, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new AEs to support growth and improve internal enablement programs for long-term success.
  • Own weekly sales forecasting and ensure the team maintains an updated and accurate pipeline.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Brex's overall goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Support team members in closing critical opportunities and teach strategic prioritization for consistent success.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, address challenges, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within fintech, travel, or spend management industries.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing sales team with a record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent prospecting skills and ability to train others to generate pipeline.
  • Superb organizational skills and ability to help others stay organized.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, travel, spend management, banking, or financial services industries.
  • Experience in scaling sales teams and developing sales strategies.

Benefits & Perks

  • Expected OTE range of $169,600 - $212,000, including base salary and commissions.
  • Potential for equity and other compensation as part of total package.
  • Work in the Salt Lake City office with at least 2 days per week in-office work (Wednesday and Thursday).
  • Remote work flexibility for up to 4 weeks per year, minimum one week at a time.
