The Sales Operations Analyst role in Austin, TX, involves optimizing sales processes, delivering insights to leadership, and driving data-driven decision-making across the sales organization and broader organization within Flex Health Solutions, a global contract manufacturing business unit expanding its commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Global Sales Ops to optimize Salesforce CRM for Health Solutions to support sales processes, lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline visibility.
  • Support user administration, including permissions, roles, profiles, and data hygiene.
  • Design, develop, and maintain sales dashboards and reports in Tableau (or other BI tools) to provide actionable insights for sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in defining and improving sales processes, workflows, and KPIs.
  • Support commercial training and deployment of new CRM initiatives and optimization programs.
  • Support sales forecasting and territory planning with accurate and timely data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM including report building, dashboard creation, and object customization.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau or similar data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret large data sets with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or other data tools is a plus.

Qualifications
