About the Role

The Sales Operations Manager at Synthesia will support the company's growing sales teams by ensuring productive sales processes and enabling sales representatives to succeed. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this role has a global scope and contributes significantly to Synthesia's continued growth in the AI video communications platform industry, trusted by leading brands and recognized as a fast-growing unicorn company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leaders to design territories, create equitable books of business, and drive process adherence.
  • Contribute to ongoing sales planning motions, ensuring the business hires to plan and is configured to meet targets.
  • Provide insight on sales productivity and identify opportunities to drive greater performance.
  • Design repeatable, scalable processes that promote sales process consistency and revenue predictability.
  • Interrogate the sales funnel to provide insight on pipeline dynamics at the rep, team, and territory level.
  • Contribute towards the development of the PQL motion, ensuring that salespeople are set up to receive and act on product-qualified leads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a GTM Operations function with a global sales team in a SaaS business.
  • Strong and demonstrable understanding of SaaS sales dynamics and concepts.
  • Strong experience working with a best-in-class SaaS tech stack, including Salesforce, Clari, and Outreach.
  • Demonstrable experience of using AI tools to drive workflow efficiency and automate repeatable tasks.
  • Ability to write SQL and experience working with a BI tool is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A multi-skilled revenue operator currently working in a sales or revenue operations role at a SaaS company.
  • Highly organized and able to run multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Highly numerical and analytical.
  • Empathetic to the role of a sales professional.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with AI tools to automate workflows.
  • Experience working with BI tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a GTM Operations role with a global sales team in SaaS.
  • Proficiency in SaaS sales concepts and tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach.
  • Ability to write SQL and familiarity with BI tools.
