The Sales Programs and GTM Acceleration is a thought partner for the GTM President and Regional sales leadership teams, responsible for developing and executing on strategic Sales initiatives and aspires to provide the best experience in the industry for customers, partners and sellers. The team is responsible for identifying new scalable business generating opportunities, gathering feedback from the field and market, and improving our ability to execute sales programs efficiently, improving both the field team and customer experience. As a Manager of the Sales Programs and GTM Acceleration team, you will be interested in both Strategy and Execution, with primary focus on developing and delivering against a strategic roadmap for growing Google Cloud. You will be responsible for managing a team of high performers, who design and optimize sales programs, prepare commercial analysis to guide executive decisions, anticipate and manage reviews across regions, identify gaps, and propose opportunities to scale business growth. You will succeed in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, demonstrating complex problem-solving leadership and building robust partnerships across functions.
