About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute impactful email marketing campaigns, collaborating with strategic partners
• Develop, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape creative direction, refine targeting strategies, and improve campaign performance
• Utilize data-driven insights from testing and analysis to optimize campaign results
• Partner with technical experts to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance marketing platform capabilities
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met for all campaigns

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven background in email campaign deployment and content QA
• Experience troubleshooting marketing platform issues in partnership with technical specialists
• Strong analytical skills with experience in testing and optimization strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions

Nice to Have

• Intermediate knowledge of HTML, SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce dynamic content tools (including AMPscript)
