Key Responsibilities

  • Create and/or organize high level integrated master schedules on a daily basis in accordance with the requirements or needs of the necessary stakeholders.
  • Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of project schedules and perform version control.
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity.
  • Monitor projects' progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date.
  • Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects.
  • Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.
  • Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
  • Work hand-in-hand with other employees to make sure that all issues related to scheduling are properly handled and resolved.
  • Rectify and/or reconcile differences and inaccuracies received from multiple customers.
  • Maintain different reporting systems to ensure that all documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Perform data entry functions including integrating information into required reports.
  • Prepare correspondence per standard Government formats (classified and unclassified); manage facsimile, printing, copying equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist with writing end of week reports, monthly activity reports, and bi-monthly reports.
  • Support in planning, preparation, editing, creation, and publication of program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, and other presentations (technical and non-technical; classified and unclassified).
  • Assist in verifying checklists against current administrative and organizational processes, and maintain a tracking system for deficiencies.
  • Serve as the initial focal point for collecting and visually displaying materials for staff meetings and information exchange meetings.
  • Manage files and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience directly related to the responsibilities listed.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Good analytical and planning skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Duties will require unescorted entry and work within classified SAP and SCI facilities.
  • Must have 36 months or more of experience in a SAP environment within the last 5 years.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to contract requirements.
