About the Role

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Senior Account Executive responsible for sustaining company relationships within Immigration and Customs Enforcement and assisting with relationships across the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other federal law enforcement agencies, as required. This position enables the company's growth objectives by shaping pursuits and interacting, creating, and maintaining relationships with these customers. The executive prepares market strategies, identifies and helps create opportunities, and develops and executes capture plans in coordination with the company's business units. The position is in Reston, Virginia and reports to the Chief Growth Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships and maintain relationships with industry partners active in target markets.
Lead strategic account planning, prioritization, and pipeline development.
Identify new services and adjacent market opportunities based on customer requirements.
Establish and grow existing and new customer bases by strategically seeking out and creating opportunities and channels to market.
Develop win strategies, solutions, and lead new business pursuits.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's service offerings and be able to represent their benefits and functionality to customers.
Participate in corporate trade shows and industry events.
Develop network of key partners to optimize win probabilities.
Align relationships, channels to market, pipeline, win strategies and capability development with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Requirements

Active in scope Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's Degree + 25 years of ICE and/or interagency experience.
Ability to work across organizational boundaries and jurisdictions, leading customer meetings and cross-discipline teams in development of customer solutions.
Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Foreign language skills are a plus.
Contingencies: A favorable review of ethics for letters concerning post-government employment if one has previously served in government.
