Senior Account Executive- Commerce Media

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain productive interaction with support departments to answer questions and provide direction to keep projects moving forward.
• Lead, compile, and author recaps of project activities.
• Develop knowledge of assigned brand or retailer brand positioning, goals, consumer targets, and marketing strategies.
• Support programs tactically by developing timelines, trafficking and reviewing materials, estimating costs, etc.
• Independently manage projects from start to finish within Asana.
• Manage budgets in client systems, ensuring programs are completed within estimated hours and costs.
• Manage electronic job jackets and billing information.
• Develop proficiency across all Mars internal workflow and financial management systems.
• Work effectively with various internal departments.
• Maintain and update team reports, including weekly status updates and project management tools.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of media planning or execution experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Knowledge of retail search strategy and execution (e.g., Criteo, CitrusAd, Pacvue, Kenshoo, Google) and/or programmatic preferred.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage time effectively, adhere to strict timelines, and work well under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across a fluid workload.
• Proactive in seeking work and responsibilities.
• Dependable in executing work and collaborating with team members.
• Enthusiastic, with a 'can do' attitude towards work and challenges.
• Desire to learn all aspects of the Shopper Marketing discipline.
• Effective interpersonal skills to work well across functions.
• Conscientious work ethic.

Nice to Have

• Experience with self- and managed-service retail search strategies and execution tools (e.g., Criteo, CitrusAd, Pacvue, Kenshoo, Google).

Qualifications

• Educational background in advertising, marketing, business, or related fields.
• Experience in media planning or execution, preferably agency experience.
