Key Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of the customer business environment.
  • Present product information to prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Pipeline development through phone calls, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge.
  • Generate short-term results independently.
  • Collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals within designated market sectors.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly revenue and deliver on that revenue.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience of direct, outside sales, quota-carrying role selling enterprise software solutions with multi-million dollar transactions and 6-24 month sales cycles.
  • Experience selling Cloud, SaaS, and AI-based solutions such as CX, CCaaS, WEM, Customer Journey Analytics, Conversational AI, CRM, etc.
  • Proven track record developing strategic relationships within the enterprise account space, including building executive relationships (C-level).
  • Ability to develop marketing and prospecting plans for territory growth and new logo account development.
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles and understanding customer needs.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPIC selling methodology.
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Experience with Cloud, SaaS, and AI solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and develop strategic relationships.
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience.
