About the Role

The Senior Account Manager is pivotal in achieving retention and growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves demonstrating client management expertise, strategic thinking, implementation and onboarding experience, and excellent communication skills to foster successful relationships and expansion with critical accounts. This is a remote position that can work from any state within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key TCAH clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Speak with Acute Care Hospital Leadership, PACE Directors, Chief Medical Officers, and other C-Suite Level Leaders.
  • Onboard new key TCAH clients, overseeing all aspects of client implementation, including account setup, billing & claims configurations, EMR integrations, PACS to PACS image routing, and online web portal utilization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and an exceptional customer and patient experience.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a healthcare-related field.
  • At least 5 years of healthcare experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
  • Ability to travel to meet clients as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
