  • Deploy insights tools directly on client cases, customizing applications based on client context and objectives.
  • Weave insights from big data, primary, and custom research into compelling commercial narratives.
  • Support the development, piloting, and rollout of new research and insight products.
  • Communicate effectively with case teams and stakeholders to ensure understanding and application of insights.
  • Partner with topic leaders and knowledge experts to refine research-driven products and position them as essential enablers for client success.

Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with secondary, syndicated, and digital data sources such as Nielsen/IRI, Mintel, Morning Consult, YouGov's BrandIndex, social listening, search analytics, and cultural tracking platforms.
  • Solid foundation in primary research methodology (quantitative and/or qualitative) with the ability to connect insights across data types.
  • Experience translating data into strategic implications and commercial opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in marketing, behavioral science, analytics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data tools like Alteryx, Tableau, SPSS, Q, or R is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in virtual, agile team environments and navigate complexity and ambiguity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sectors such as CPG, Retail, Tech, Media, Financial Services, or Travel & Leisure.
  • Passion for leveraging technology for consumer insights, including familiarity with image recognition and analytics.
  • Experience supporting the design, piloting, and rollout of new research products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of consulting experience with syndicated/big data or 3+ years in market research (4-6+ years preferred).

Benefits & Perks

  • Base salary between $100,500 - $108,500 USD, with placement based on experience.
  • Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-24%.
  • 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund contribution, increasing to 10% after two years.
  • Full coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance with zero premiums for employees and eligible family members.
  • Low copays for healthcare visits and prescriptions.
  • Dental and vision coverage, including orthodontia benefits.
