The candidate will be agile in applying their knowledge of marketing channels and integrated marketing campaigns to support marketing strategy, marketing operations, content management, sales enablement, marketing analytics, and commercial (B2B) marketing journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing project management in partnership with the Commercial marketing strategist from inception, including debriefs, success measures, detailed deliverables, timelines, and review workflows.
  • Create marketing briefs, schedule internal team kick-offs, and obtain agreement on all deliverables, timelines, and colleague involvement.
  • Input and track project and campaign progress in marketing operations systems, including task owners, SLAs, and approvals.
  • Manage intake process for business requests such as sponsorship ads, invitations, print jobs, sales sheet updates, and marketing asset updates.
  • Oversee the execution of all marketing elements with channel managers and stakeholders for campaigns to completion, ensuring proper review and approval by Legal & Compliance.
  • Manage sourcing and invoicing for campaigns within the commercial marketing team.
  • Manage the marketing campaign portfolio and the commercial marketing campaign calendar.
  • Support B2B multi-channel programs, including digital channels like email, social, display, and website, to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to content strategy, support creative asset development, and deploy advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and edit marketing collateral such as sales literature, presentations, website updates, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Document marketing governance policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring communication and adherence across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Legal, Compliance, IT) to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives and complies with policies.
  • Assist with content audits and collateral updates to meet various strategic and regulatory objectives.
  • Maintain marketing communications and content documentation, and prepare reports and samples for audits and reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional marketing experience, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices, industry trends, and governance standards.
  • Experience with marketing operations tools (e.g., Workfront) and administrative knowledge.
  • Experience with Sales Enablement systems (e.g., Seismic) and administrative knowledge.
  • Experience working with marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools, with a focus on data privacy and security.
  • Knowledge of marketing design applications (Adobe) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive results.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and compliance focus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of marketing design applications such as Adobe.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Professional experience of 5+ years in marketing or related areas.

Benefits & Perks

  • Estimated salary range of $90,700 to $95,000 USD.
  • Position is eligible for incentive compensation.
