Senior Analyst - Product Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and data analytics teams to enhance the voice of customer program, including gathering, analyzing, and acting on feedback.
• Ensure the product organization is supported with the best tools, and lead employee onboarding programs for new hires.
• Apply analytical skills to identify trends from Amplitude, performance reports, and product utilization data, turning raw information into actionable insights.
• Support product managers by developing and maintaining advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track and communicate product performance metrics.
• Manage the operational flow of product initiatives, from roadmap planning and feature release management to feature request coordination and beta program execution.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements, including rationalizing tools and automating processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Drive special projects such as orchestrating complex product launches, deploying new tools, and piloting innovative programs.
• Monitor and reinforce best practices to ensure adoption, adherence to operational standards, and consistency across Product teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product analytics, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and driving growth.
• 2+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, Product Management, or related functions.
• BS in Computer Science or a related field, with a preference for backgrounds in Legal Technology and Product Development.
• Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar for creating dashboards and reports.
• Experience with agile tools and practices, including JIRA, Notion, Asana, or Confluence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively.
• Experience working with SAFe methodology and sprint-based approaches.

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-velocity product environments.
• Background in Legal Technology and Product Development.
• Familiarity with process modeling and continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or related field
• 2+ years of experience in relevant roles
• Experience with SDLC and agile practices
