The role involves managing spend treatments campaigns for the MYCA web and mobile channels within the U.S. Consumer Services and Marketing teams, focusing on driving revenue and engagement through customer-centric strategies and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning end to end strategy and execution of MYCA web and mobile campaigns for Gold Card Spend treatments (Upgrade, Cross-Sell, and Supp), including creative development, placement strategy, and test design, with a focus on achieving or beating forecasted results.
  • Using reporting tools to track performance by pulling data, developing insights, and sharing a path forward based on findings.
  • Working as marketing lead alongside an agile marketing scrum team to conceptualize, develop, analyze, and iterate on various A/B tests.
  • Partnering with reporting and analytics teams to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly.
  • Leading channel forecasts, monthly reporting/commentary, and R&O process across the broader team.
  • Proactively identifying new opportunities to optimize within the channel and working in close partnership with various teams including Customer Growth, Data Science, Analytics, and others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing, analytics, or communications-based role.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve issues across various MarTech systems & teams.
  • Strong Excel knowledge with robust analytical skill set to identify trends in data and translate them into insights.
  • Clear communication skills to articulate treatment performance to peers and leadership in both written and verbal channels.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Collaborator with a positive attitude and strong relationship management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Curious attitude with a will to learn and connect the dots between work and larger enterprise strategy.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with campaign management and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Experience working within agile marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, analytics, or communications.
