We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our team and support our Builder Channel, responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic relationships within assigned builder and contract accounts across Las Vegas and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with national, regional, and local resellers, general contractors, developers, architects, and designers.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. Develop and execute winning sales strategies to expand customer base and maximize account potential.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Sales Development Specialists (SDS), product management, operations, supply chain, shared services, and others to ensure product availability, customer satisfaction, and seamless project execution.
  • Monitor market dynamics, analyze customer feedback, and track competitor activity to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering tailored solutions, resolving challenges, and maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Effectively cold call and convert prospective accounts into active customers; grow market share across target segments.
  • Manage activities primarily in the Las Vegas metro area and surrounding markets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry or graduate of the GE Appliances Commercial Development Program.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry/field sales experience.
  • Proven track record in relationship-based selling, negotiation, and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work independently in a remote, home-office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn and utilize digital sales tools such as Salesforce and PriceFX.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate to the Las Vegas area.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with business goals.
  • Previous experience in B2B wholesale contractor sales, preferably with appliances or building products.
  • Cold calling and prospecting experience with measurable success in customer acquisition.
  • Knowledge of the appliance industry and distributor network.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry/field sales experience.
