About the Role

Senior Associate Brand Manager - Goodnites® role at Kimberly-Clark involves building and managing a portfolio of iconic brands with a focus on delivering better care for billions of people worldwide. The position requires recognizing market trends, executing marketing plans, and leading initiatives to grow the brand's marketplace position within the Baby & Child Care business unit. The role reports to the Goodnites® Senior Brand Manager and collaborates with various cross-functional teams to drive brand performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project and/or marketing leadership on key initiatives to help sustainably grow the brand's marketplace position, such as new product launches and pricing initiatives.
  • Execute annual brand and marketing plans that meet financial objectives and align with brand strategies.
  • Analyze consumer data, market share, and sales reports to understand brand performance and track progress against marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling stories and make recommendations about brand, competitive, category, customer, or consumer trends to enhance brand equity and market performance.
  • Develop and implement distribution, packaging, shelving, and merchandising strategies and plans.
  • Use business acumen and marketing skills to influence and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Identify and develop relevant consumer and shopper insights.
  • Collaborate across categories to identify and drive efficient brand building.
  • Conduct analysis to identify problems, find trends, develop hypotheses, and support decision-making to strengthen the brand's plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business-related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of previous business experience, with brand management or digital marketing preferred.
  • Experience working at a Fortune 500 CPG company.
  • Familiarity with brand development planning, innovation, and creative ideation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive solutions.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Positive energy to represent the brand internally and externally.
  • Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups such as finance, sales, operations, and planning.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital marketing.
  • Experience in the Baby & Child Care category.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant business experience.
