Key Responsibilities

  • Territory development including development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations, and local enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand.
  • Maintaining quality sales records and preparing sales and activity reports as required.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and supporting a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
  • New acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
  • Generation of new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  • Identifying improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects' communication effectiveness.
  • Managing a territory with high activity and a comprehensive business plan.
  • Collaborating with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Remaining knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales and business quality objectives.
  • Adhering to all company standards and maintaining professionalism.
  • Participating in company initiatives such as the Net Promoter System and promoting inclusion and diversity.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience of 5-7 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Skills including customer-focused approach, workplace organization, persuasion, adaptability, technical knowledge, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, resilience, and professional integrity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  • Experience in sales prospecting and territory management.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Work experience of 5-7 years in relevant roles.
