Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
  • Exceed departmental financial and unit targets through sales efforts.
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively.
  • Develop territory including local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancing Comcast positioning and brand.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Support customer satisfaction and a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Identify improvement areas via a consultative process to enhance prospects' communication effectiveness.
  • Manage a high-activity territory with a comprehensive business plan.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and business quality objectives.
  • Adhere to all company standards and maintain professionalism.
  • Own the customer experience by putting customers first and providing seamless digital options.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience of 5-7 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Skills in customer-focused service, persuasion, adaptability, technical knowledge, resilience, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and professional integrity.
  • Ability to develop and manage a territory with high activity and a comprehensive business plan.
  • Knowledge of advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  • Ability to generate leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling and referrals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales in media and technology industries.
  • Additional certifications or specialized training related to communications solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 Years.
