The Senior Consultant, Data Strategy will work with clients undergoing a data-driven transformation across the globe, focusing on defining data strategies, supporting technology adoption, and enabling data-driven marketing solutions to help clients make smarter decisions and provide more valuable services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients undergoing a data-driven transformation (DDT) to accelerate and drive their data strategy.
  • Contribute to defining data-driven learning agendas, use cases for technology adoption, and data strategy.
  • Assist in partner evaluation, selection, and integration, and support activation on client accounts.
  • Define and support the implementation, measurement, and activation of data-driven use cases.
  • Ensure data strategy and measurement frameworks align and secure client agreement.
  • Collaborate with planners, clients, strategy directors, and digital directors to define audience frameworks and data strategies for brands.
  • Grow the use of DMP and CDP in data-driven use cases, applications in campaigns, and general adoption.
  • Support development of technology-based platforms and applications as a data strategist.
  • Provide guidance on data utilization for annual planning insights and data integration evolution.
  • Support the development of education programs for Data for internal and client audiences.
  • Contribute to media partnership strategy based on data needs.
  • Participate in testing programs to evaluate new vendors and partners for data and technology delivery.
  • Assist in executing data-driven marketing programs and support digital directors in developing data strategies.
  • Support data-driven thought leadership for media partners and embed new approaches into agency frameworks.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and prototyping work.

Requirements

  • Strong data and data-driven marketing knowledge, able to interpret client business/technical requirements.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Optimizely, SiteSpect.
  • Knowledgeable about data types, sources, partners, and data quality; expert in leveraging data for activation, measurement, and strategic applications.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex digital concepts.
  • Ability to architect innovative and effective digital marketing strategies and solutions.
  • High sense of ownership, drive, and agenda setting.
  • Ability to contribute within a team of activation and content creators, brainstorming and refining responses to briefs.
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude, capable of simplifying and detailing as needed.
  • Aggressive appetite for learning and broadening/deepening skills and knowledge.
