The Senior Content Marketing Specialist plays a key role in creating high-impact, audience-driven marketing content across various formats and channels to support brand storytelling and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Write persuasive, audience-focused copy for a range of marketing channels
Collaborate with design, video, and digital teams to produce multimedia content such as infographics, animations, and reels
Participate in campaign development, helping shape messaging and content strategy
Support developing and producing marketing videos, including scripting, storyboarding, and on-set or remote coordination
Assist with creating social media content and optimizing performance
Contribute to content performance tracking and refinement
Maintain content accuracy, brand consistency, and voice across all touchpoints
Support special content projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
Keep tasks updated in the project management system (e.g., Asana)

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a content marketing or digital media role
Excellent writing skills with a portfolio that includes marketing copy, social, and video content
Strong understanding of digital and social best practices
Experience collaborating on video, multimedia, or visual storytelling projects
Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with content marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, project management systems)
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization
Effective customer service skills
Proficient use of applicable technology
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a subject matter expert
Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise

Nice to Have

Experience with video, multimedia, or visual storytelling projects
Familiarity with project management systems
