The Enterprise Data product team is focused on driving two primary outcomes: ensuring data is well-managed and easy to govern, and making data easy to find, understand, and use with a foundation that can evolve over time. The team is cross-functional, aligning product, tech, design, machine learning, risk, and other partners to create a modern data ecosystem supporting innovation and business across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the development and management of enterprise data products that enable real-time intelligent experiences.
Ensure data is well-managed, governed, and easily accessible for various stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, design, machine learning, and risk to create a modern data ecosystem.
Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
Lead initiatives that embed automated governance throughout the data lifecycle.
Identify and resolve complex data-related problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating risks.
Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience translating business strategy into digital products is preferred.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in understanding and managing data ecosystems and related technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
Experience in product management and data ecosystems.
