Key Responsibilities

  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
  • Become an expert in the unique value proposition of Power Digital / CRO offering through deep partnerships with CRO, Strategy, and Sales teams.
  • Utilize data and technology tools to identify, pursue, engage, and connect with prospective buyers within our ideal client profiles.
  • Drive prospective client meetings with a focus on providing expertise for our CRO offering.
  • Focus on increasing revenue and adoption of our CRO offering while acting as a connective tissue between Power teams and advertisers.
  • Reach and strive to exceed sales quotas while contributing to team goals.
  • Travel to client meetings and collaborate with colleagues as required.
  • Drive new revenue opportunities through events, networking, cold-calling, and thought leadership opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in CRO, analytics, or marketing within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Intense focus on analytics and data within the marketing function, with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn.
  • Data-driven decision making.
  • A proactive approach toward building a business.
  • Proven track record of selling, including building a book, negotiating, and winning deals with urgency and resilience.
  • Ability to implement actions, behaviors, and KPIs to measure effectiveness and generate revenue.
  • Key Performance Indicators include a $15,000 monthly gross profit sales quota, running and setting discovery calls, conducting appraisals/audits, winning proposals, and maintaining a $7k/month new business/client average order value.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRO, analytics, or marketing within a marketing agency or similar environment.
