About the Role

As a Senior Director & Client Accountable Executive at Oracle, you will manage multiple complex client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through Oracle's products or services. You will build and maintain relationships at all levels and strategic partnerships with executive leadership across the client organization, overseeing strategy and business development engagements to ensure consistency in messaging and quality of interaction. The role involves driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and serving as the escalation point for issues requiring executive attention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall execution and relationships within assigned clients, building and maintaining strategic partnerships at all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee all company-related engagements, maintaining and advancing growth strategies and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, present solutions, and negotiate deals.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales progress, forecast revenue, and report on account activity.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong sales and revenue growth skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Experience in account planning, strategy, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and coordinate efforts for client success.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cloud solutions or technology industry.
  • Previous leadership roles in client management or business development.
  • Knowledge of Oracle's products and services.
