Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a global team of regional marketers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global and regional marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, driving lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of regional marketing programs, including digital campaigns, email, nurture programs, webinars, executive roundtables, and industry events to drive customer and prospect engagement.
  • Direct the development and execution of a global events strategy, including trade shows, conferences, and Coursera-hosted events, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI on marketing investments across all regions and events.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and global marketing teams to develop integrated marketing programs that support regional business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Travel internationally as needed for industry events, client meetings, and team offsites (estimated 40% travel).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS global marketing experience in a fast-growth, highly matrixed environment.
  • 7+ years of experience leading global events.
  • 8+ years of experience in a marketing team leadership role across multiple geographic regions.
  • Must be in Central or Eastern Time Zone.

  • Proven experience building high-performing and highly collaborative teams.
