About the Role

The Senior Director of Marketing for Residential Care Software at ResMed is responsible for leading the full marketing lifecycle for the company's portfolio spanning post-acute and long-term care settings. This role involves shaping marketing strategy, executing demand generation, and building lasting value with customers and partners in a dynamic healthcare segment. The position reports to the Vice President, Global Provider Marketing, and collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the executive team to scale growth and brand relevance in healthcare's fast-growing post-acute space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of the integrated marketing strategy across the residential care software business.
  • Set annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives, segment priorities, and revenue targets.
  • Define and manage key marketing KPIs, ensuring shared accountability with Sales and Product teams.
  • Build and lead a team of marketers and agency partners, optimizing for agility, specialization, and impact.
  • Translate product roadmaps and market opportunities into clear go-to-market strategies, messaging frameworks, and activation plans.
  • Develop segment-specific strategies to engage providers across home-based and facility-based care, enterprise networks, and regional operators.
  • Own the full-funnel demand generation engine, including digital, ABM, outbound, events, and channel tactics.
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline creation and acceleration across high-priority segments.
  • Leverage marketing automation, CRM tools, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
  • Build and execute partner marketing strategies to drive channel alignment, co-marketing, and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with partner and business development teams to position the platform ecosystem effectively.
  • Act as a trusted marketing voice with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Support account-based strategies with tailored messaging, tools, and field programs.
  • Surface customer insights and competitive trends to inform product and commercial strategy.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in B2B marketing with deep expertise in SaaS, demand generation, revenue marketing, product marketing, and partner marketing.
  • Experience leading marketing in regulated industries such as healthcare, healthtech, or life sciences.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and revenue through performance-driven marketing programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing marketing teams and agency partnerships.
  • Ability to move at a startup pace within a large organization, launching and iterating quickly.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams, earning their trust through results.
  • Data-driven and outcomes-focused, with a strong understanding of marketing metrics and performance analysis.
  • Experience managing multi-channel sales motions, including direct, inside, and partner-led routes to market.
  • Bonus: GTM experience in post-acute care, long-term care, or related provider segments.
