Key Responsibilities

Building and leading a high-performing team of retail experience designers, marketers, and activation specialists.
Developing and executing retail marketing and store experience strategies to enhance customer engagement, sales, and brand perception.
Leading experiential activations, in-store campaigns, and community-driven marketing initiatives to create impactful customer experiences.
Leveraging AI-driven retail engagement tools, customer insights, and behavioral data to personalize in-store experiences and messaging.
Optimizing interactive retail experiences and technology integrations such as digital kiosks, QR activations, and experiential zones.
Using customer insights, sales data, and in-store analytics to refine retail strategies and identify emerging trends.
Driving the development and execution of high-impact in-store experiences, merchandising, and marketing campaigns to increase store traffic and conversions.

Requirements

Experience in retail marketing, store experience strategy, or experiential activations with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline; or equivalent work experience and education.
Expertise in integrated retail marketing, store merchandising, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
Strong background in vendor management, budget oversight, and campaign execution at scale.
Proven ability to drive customer engagement and sales through innovative in-store experiences.
Strategic mindset, operational expertise, and a passion for creating engaging retail experiences.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, sales, and creative teams.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Nice to Have

Experience with digital kiosks, QR activations, and experiential zones.
Familiarity with AI-driven retail engagement tools and behavioral data analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
