Key Responsibilities

Leading the design process from concept to completion, ensuring the final output is of the highest quality
Developing and maintaining design systems and components that streamline our design efforts
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to successfully implement design solutions
Conducting user research and testing to determine the best design approaches
Mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback to foster their growth
Keeping current with industry trends and standard methodologies to ensure our designs stay competitive and innovative

Requirements

Proven experience as a Designer or in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
Strong understanding of design systems and components
Outstanding portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
