The role involves scaling marketing initiatives in international markets, particularly driving qualified demos for new logo sales within the UK and EMEA, managing a multi-million dollar budget, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, revenue operations, analytics, marketing, and sales teams to influence Rippling's international growth and enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a 7-figure annual budget efficiently, optimizing channel and campaign allocations on paid social platforms to meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop channel strategy by understanding products, buyer pain points, and channel dynamics, building experimentation roadmaps, and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Create a plan for scaling and testing email and review site channels to expand audience reach of key personas in finance, HR, and IT across UKI & EMEA.
  • Improve campaign efficiency through creative development, qualification process enhancements, lead generation flow improvements, and testing technological innovations.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal teams across brand, analytics, product management, product marketing, sales, and more.
  • Analyze data to understand campaign performance, including reading replies, writing SQL, and using Excel.
  • Proactively share insights and successful tactics across the marketing team to enable organization-wide adoption.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience doing both quantitative and qualitative work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with motivation to own metrics and tackle big challenges.
  • Effective cross-functional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze and design solutions to ambiguous problems using data analysis in SQL or Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
  • Proactive initiative in analyzing signals throughout the funnel to identify challenges and solutions.
  • Bias to speed, moving quickly and setting a fast pace for the product area.
  • (Nice to have) Fluency in German.
