ZoomInfo invites you to be a driving force in revolutionizing our B2B SaaS eCommerce landscape as our Senior Growth Marketing Manager. This role is your opportunity to lead transformative marketing strategies and optimize our PLG and eCommerce funnels and trial mechanisms, ensuring seamless integration with our GTM and PLG teams. Your expertise will be pivotal in creating an exceptional end-to-end user journey, converting prospects into dedicated customers. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for a strategic doer who's passionate about guiding users to value. You'll collaborate with PLG, eCommerce, and Growth & Optimization teams to ensure our self-serve users experience a seamless, personalized journey ultimately increasing conversion and accelerating growth.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and expand our marketing efforts across PLG and eCommerce platforms, aligning them with business goals and diverse customer segments to fuel growth
Take end to end ownership of customer lifecycle communications and engagement across our PLG motion, driving activation, retention, and expansion through in-app experiences, lifecycle email, and go-to-market campaigns
Plan, design and launch in-app messaging, onboarding tours, and contextual pop-ups aligned with onboarding and activation goals while ensuring emails complement in-app communications, reinforcing key value milestones
Map and optimize the entire PLG customer journey, driving go-to-market communications for PLG initiatives such as webinars, newsletters, and content launches
Own and refine marketing strategies for PLG and eCommerce funnels by implementing measurement frameworks to evaluate effectiveness, reduce drop-offs, and inform future strategies
Develop comprehensive dashboards to monitor conversions, product usage, and eCommerce transactions, leveraging insights to address challenges and optimize performance
Partner with the broader growth team to harmonize marketing and digital strategies across ZoomInfo and its subsidiaries, including NeverBounce and Datanyze

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in growth marketing, demonstrating success in leading eCommerce and digital strategy initiatives within the B2B SaaS domain
Experience driving communication strategy for freemium or trial-based products
Background working with sales-led and PLG motions simultaneously
Experience in building and executing multi-channel lifecycle journeys that drive self-serve conversion and activation
Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and deriving actionable insights from complex data sets
Experience with Salesforce, enabling seamless integration of marketing efforts and tracking of customer interactions through the sales funnel
Skilled in marketing automation tools to streamline processes, personalize customer interactions, and measure campaign effectiveness
Knowledge of A/B testing platforms to conduct strategic tests and improve conversion rates across digital channels
Experience with project management tools to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
Creative problem solver focused on optimizing user experience and conversion rates through innovative content and funnel strategies
