Short Form Skilling is about leveraging these platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and impact. By focusing on short form content and social platform expertise, we aim to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, business growth by expanding Microsoft's presence across workforce audiences. This role involves building a center of excellence for delivering engaging and inspirational short-form AI skilling content (15 minutes or less) to drive net new learner adoption of AI, cloud, and security with a focus on Microsoft Copilot for the higher education audience within the Worldwide Learning organization. The Senior Learning Manager for Higher Education will lead and drive the direction of short-form skilling for students and educators, cultivate partnerships, deepen connections to Microsoft and partner demand engines, and create entertaining and effective skill-building content for learners worldwide. The role also involves focusing on audience insights, partnering with social skilling and marketing teams, and defining the higher education experience across new learning modalities to scale AI skilling.
